These habits protect your timeline more than anything else:
- Wear your elastics. Rubber bands do the heavy lifting on your bite. Skipping them is the most common reason treatment runs long.
- Wear aligners 20 to 22 hours a day. Spark Clear Aligners only move teeth while they are in your mouth. Ten hours a day can turn a 14 month plan into something far longer.
